The hot water is flowing from the source, that is a mild, colorless and clear.
The bathing room is easy to relax with green tiles and high ceiling. Tourists seems rarely to come here, so you can enjoy the hot springs in a quiet atmosphere.
A communal bathhouse located farthest from the center of Ito. But, it's about 5 or 6 minutes on foot from Minami Ito Station, so actually easy to visit.

- The price of JR Express and normal Shinkansen is "Basic fare" plus "(Super) Express charge". (These are determined according to the distance.) - GREAT NATURE TOURS Ito Office is located in the basement of the building at the corner of the scrambled intersection next to Tokaikan.
- If you want to go sightseeing in Ito by bus, the Tokai Bus "Ito / Izu-kogen 2-day Pass" may be a great deal. The Tokai Bus that runs in Ito City and Izu-kogen are unlimited for two days, and costs ¥1,800 for adults and ¥900 for children.

Nishi-san and Kita-san are visiting the bathhouses of the Seven Deities of Good Fortune in Ito Onsen today.
They're heading to "Kamata Fukurokujunoyu", a 5 or 6-minute walk from Minami Ito Station next to Ito Station.

♨ Fukurokuju is the deity of wisdom, luck, and longevity. The temple associated with Fukurokuju is Rinsenji. It has a wisteria tree of the prefecture designated natural monument.

It's also old but clean here. I feel bad if it's a dirty bathhouse, but this is clean and OK.
They get into the bathing room. The green tiles on the walls and the high ceiling combine to create a relaxed atmosphere. The bathtub is in the center, and the washing area is lined up along the wall.

Now, next the last, let's walk to Oka Hoteinoyu.

It's just halfway between Ito Station and Minami Ito Station. There may be buses, but it's probably just only 10 minutes walking.
Today we've visited enough baths, so we're going to round it up, and the rest is ...

Footbaths in Ito

Two footbaths in Ito. "Fureainoyu" is a footbath located in Matsukawa Park in the center of Ito City. Opening hours are from 9:00 to 17:00. "Yonewakanoashiyu" is located along Prefectural Route 12, about 8 minutes walk from Minami Ito Station toward Ito City. Opening hours are from 10:00 to 16:00. Both are free, so you may stop by when you are tired walking around Ito.
