"The Seven Deities of Good Fortune" bathhouses tour in Ito Onsen [the 4th bath]

(→ Continuation from the 3rd bath, Wada Jurojinnoyu. The 1st bath is Ebisu Arainoyu.)
Nishi-san and Kita-san are going around the bathhouses of the Seven Deities of Good Fortune in Ito Onsen today. After leaving Wada Jurojinnoyu, the next destination is "Matsubara Daikokutenjinnoyu". Cross Ideyu Bridge while looking at Tokaikan on the right, and walk for about 3 minutes to arrive.

Daikokutenjin statue

We arrived. It's more sober than Wadayu or Shibanoyu.

A communal bathhouse like this is usual. Wadayu and Shibanoyu are too large scale.

Exterior

For sure, I shouldn't really say it but they are spending no money on this ...

That's a good point. There's a lot of onsen bathhouse that goes bad even if they spend a lot of money.

Is that so?

Nishi-san and Kita-san go to the entrance, passing through the side of children running around.

Yeah, it's a good atmosphere, isn't it?

Like a hangout for locals?

Matsubara Daikokutenjinnoyu break room, Ito Onsen

Break room

There are undressing room and break room without partition.

It has a traditional communal bathhouse feeling too.

Well, it's not bad ...

When they get into the bathing room, there is a bathtub in the center, and the washing areas are lined up along the wall. As general in Ito, the bathtub has a hot water spout at the bottom of the center.

Bathtub

Phew, it's the hot water gradually warm me.

Well, water here is so hot too. Water in Ito is generally hot.

Could be. But it depends on the season or the condition of the day, though. Unless adjusting the temperature with adding water or heating. Well, it seems like the Flowing from the Source, so I guess it's a good water to refresh.

Come to think of it, I walked a lot today and I'm pretty tired.

Then, we'll wrap up the tour of the Seven Deities of Good Fortune here, and ...

What are you saying? You've refreshed with this hot water, haven't you? So you can go around further.

Oh, no, that's what, a figure of speech ...

Don't worry! We've half done, and the rest will go smoothly!

...

That's why, Kita-san who is still well up for it and Nishi-san who is tired and reluctant. In fact, Nishi-san thought at that point, Kita-san would get tired of the Seven Deities of Good Fortune around next, and was optimistic that today's bathing would end there. At that point ...
